  • If the barrier is compliant, a certificate of compliance will be issued.
  • If the barrier is non-compliant, a detailed report with pictures will explain how to rectify the non compliant items with practical solutions.
  • A re-inspection with then be required after all items are rectified.

  • A re-inspection to obtain your official council compliance certificate, you will be given 60 days to bring your barrier up to compliance after the date of inspection.
  • This option is for anyone who has had a previous consultation or inspection with us and has rectified all the previous items listed in the report and is now ready for re-inspection.
